Student Council 08-09

It's no lie, these kids are why i love student council! We are crazy and when we get on a roll, there is no stopping us. Between all our camps, retreats, andMonday meetings, I know these kids better than I ever thought possible outside of a family. So in a way, we are family. Our first activity together was ourSBO camp out which quickly bonded
us! We had snow ball fights, played murder in the dark, made stupid paper hats (this was suppose to be a 10 minute object lesson but we expounded on it and turned it into a 2 hour activity) and planned out the entire year. We began putting our plans into action themoment we got home because our hopes for this upcoming senior year include fixing the lame school spirit (thank you seniors of 08) and becoming the best class lone peak has ever seen!haha ok that's a bit much but, really, next year (well I guess this year since school starts a week from Monday) IS GOING TO BE AMAZING!! Kicking it off with hello week and then into homecoming week, things are gonna start getting crazy here pretty soon. But Since when is my life anything but crazy! :) gotta love it!

Disney Land

Alright, yes, two months later I get some pictures of Disney Land on here. For those of you who don't know, Disney Land is easily my most favorite Place in this entire world! Not that I have been many places, but regardless, it is AMAZING and I love going! One of the funnier things that happened on the trip was Katie attempting to sit on a chain and flipping into the flower bed by the sword in the stone. Every one runs to see if she is ok and I laugh my head off. hahaha so not only did Katie have horrible sun burn, she bruised her tail bone fairly bad as well! Hopefully I'll get more pictures to add later but they aren't on the computer I am using at the moment. Anyway, other than being terribly burnt, It was one of the best trips to Disney Land I've ever had! I love the firework show and soaring over California! and the peter pan ride is a definite must! (If I continuing listing my favorites this post will never end so all you need to know is that Disney land is amazing and I had an amazing time!)

LAGOON

One of my absolute favorite places in Utah is Lagoon, if I had more of a bank account, or a job, or something, I would live there. But I am pretty much broke, so, I am lucky enough to have a best friend who takes me on the most amazing dates and forces me to do crazy things like go on the sky coaster (yes I almost wet my pants) We got to go twice this summer and between both our visits we almost hit every ride. We even took the crazy pictures of us dressed as outlaws in pioneer village. The second time we went, we hit up the go carts and I kicked Cole's trash (contrary to popular belief) but he did manage to get us tangled in a head on collision which has left me battered and bruised. I had an amazing time both times and my summer would not have been complete without them. So thank you Cole!

I am going to miss Cole Like crazy, he is going to Dixie for school in a week! So this post, even though it is the oldest, is staying on as a tribute to the amazing year we had!
